St Louis!

We arrived in St Louis at approx 3:30 today. Our hotel is real nice. It has a kitchen area and has a flat screen in the living area & also in the bedroom. So now Garry can watch sports or Daytona & I can watch The Bachelor tonight! lol

Testing starts at 10 am tomorrow and I should have an answer as to whether it's time to be listed or not by days-end tomorrow. I will update here if time & energy allow.

Hi, I'm Lynda Jensen and I am 49 and have cystic fibrosis. I received a double lung transplant on January 20, 2014!

I just want to thank all of you for the thoughts, prayers and support, both personally and financially, as I and my family have gone through this journey. God has been good and I have been blessed! Thanks so much!

I continue to have a fund-raising page set up through COTA; Children's Organ Transplant Association. They help with fundraising for children and adults with CF (this is the only adult group they assist with) that are going through the transplant process. I chose them because they do not keep a percentage of the donations and donations are tax deductible to you, and they have a good reputation. I have given to COTA for friends needing transplant before and felt comfortable doing so.

If you have already given, thank you SO much; I have been amazed at how God has blessed us with just what we needed at the right time, and we may never know who some of the donations came from, but please know that we deeply appreciate the support from all who have given and I could not have received this life-saving transplant without adequate resources!
